SFX: Last Ditch Effort. Step up or double any Super-Soldier Serum power (or spend 1 PP to do both) for your next action, then shutdown that Power; recover power by activating an opportunity or during a Transition scene.
SFX: Second Wind. Before an action including a Super-Soldier Serum power, you may move your physical stress to the doom pool and step up the power by +1 for that action.
Limit: Good Soldier. Earn 1 PP if you step up emotional stress caused by perceived failure of duty.

SFX: Area Attack. Add a D6 and keep an additional effect die for each additional target.
SFX: Invulnerable. Spend 1 PP to ignore stress or trauma from a non-area physical attack.

Limit: Gear. Shutdown Vibranium Alloy Shield and gain 1 PP. Take an action vs. the doom pool to recover .

1 XP when you reminisce about your WWII partnership during a Buddy situation.
3 XP when you separate from your team to either investigate or assist the Winter Soldier's actions.
10 XP when you convince the Winter Soldier to formally join a team with you again, or you acknowledge that you can't be partners again.
