Concept: Former member of Free Mars movement on the run after group became a terrorist organization.
What do you want? Autonomy for the colonies, freedom for their people, and equity in divisions of labor.
One Unique Thing: Once considered the authority on the ethics and economics of Earth's colonies. Many still consider him a folk hero, especially amongst the colonies. Founding Free Mars he won several concessions towards colonial independence, most importantly a rule that all colonies', public or private, children be educated to the Earth standard.
