The seat of Loimal Moro is part of a horde item created by Loimal Moro.

A Loimal is sort of a clan. The Moro clan is failing and its only trade is the creation of a number of interesting items. Several in the loimal know the processes to create family horde items but they are aging.

Soya I Serit had a psyche of 120 and became a Ruling Lich, commanding the loyalty of all undead.
