The Troydet races are brutal races held by the lizardmen. They ride a variety if riding beasts common to their race.
The are some preliminary races held in other arenas with the victors participating in the Great Arena.
Attacks between participants is expected. Beasts are fair game. Most riders have 6 or 7 spare mounts.
They races are 25 circuits of the track.
The arenas are often full with non=lizard spectators because seeing the lizardmen fight each other is fun or at least gratifying.
