The tiny feathered dinosaurs of China's early cretaceous forests have evolved into some of the weirdest dinosaurs ever, all found in or near the deserts of late Cretaceous Mongolia.
Oviraptor and it's smaller cousins
Ingenia, Caenagnathasia, and Avimimus
Therizinosaurus (a huge herbivore with massive claws) and it's smaller cousin Enigmosaurus
Gallimimus - a fast-running herbivore
Tsintaosaurus - a duckbill with a unicorn-like crest.
Mononykus - a tiny fast dinosaur with reduced arms
Protoceratops - a relatively small hornless ceratopsian ("the sheep of the cretaceous")
Velociraptor - a small coyote sized predator
Tarbosaurus - Asian Tyrannosaurus
