Jherem is the priest of Hilme in Surlt. His epithet was originally a cruel joke suggesting worship of his Sun god was waning. But it has stuck, and he actually found it quite clever and doesn't mind too much. He is a boy from one of the tribes, barely lettered, rustic and still keeps an aging hound around who defends him against the occasional unruly Aeolius follower.
