5'4", dark hair, bright blue eyes, early 20s, watchful. He was at the ritual of awakening the spirit of Russia, and is now a boyar in Russia. He is positioned to be the General of the King of Fate (Theo Weiss).
Submitted his letter of resignation during the New York Incursion on 19 October 1932 -- resulting in a heavily traumatized Antonio Grimaldi and a thick puddle of goo that used to be Boris.
