Nelli was born of Delanee Nobility, she was the youngest child in her family. However her parents died young, and her siblings squandered the inheritance leaving nothing for her. One brother was able to pull some strings and at least get her into the Academy on Delanne once her MES started to show signs. Then she had to make her own way. She was able to use her gifts to become quite the entrepreneur and started a number of successful small business.
