A young man from Aragon, born within one of the Iberian covenants and used to Magi. He came north looking to make a name for himself in Brienne’s company, but often finds himself helping out at Symeon’s Inn. Obano’s covenant was isolated enough that it retained many pagans in its ranks, a flagging outpost of the cult of Mercury. While far from unlikable (except to beasts, perhaps a sign of minor warping), he is pathetically underprepared for the world outside his home and is kept in employment by Flore as much out of pity as his actual qualifications.
