Lindy Verdi is a Quaesitor of the Helvetian tribunal, which includes Torino. A kindly soul, she made sure Faith knew she had a right to her sigil, and practically shipped her off to Codalet, far from Faith's abusive mater.
When she doesn't have to look normal for mundanes, her hair is green.
I've left her House undetermined; if it ever matters, it can be determined for story needs. I imagine Guernicus (duh), Flambeau (fits character model, who was a magical Starfleet commodore-ish), or Merinita (fits obscure quirky bit of character model), but, whatever.
