Trouble[edit]

Every Mystery Requires a Piece of My Being

  • The secrets the Void holds dear can be prized free, but only in barter or trade. Everything Sior learns devours another small piece of him, increasing and decreasing him at the same time. So while he is never effectively diminished, he is inexorably changed simply by being what he is.

Aspects[edit]

Ruler of the Occult who Gives Gifts of Power (Wise)

  • The Anomaly of the Void is the master of all sorcery, and enjoys bestowing mortals with both magic and his Mark - a black rune that grants them a tiny fragment of his power which manifests in myriad ways depending on the user.

-Invoke to:

-Compel to:

Aegis of the Endless Nothing (Mighty)

  • A shield of incredible artifice forged from the very non-existence of the Void itself, this stalwart defense was crafted by a joint effort between Seejan and Sior and is a symbol of their pact, with additional help provided by Wyrd and Trabixian. It is designed to consume even the very power of creation itself, reflecting only an endless blackness upon its surface, with its edge so mythically sharp it can slice the heavens themselves.

The Howling Void that Echoes Behind All Things

  • Slabs of colorless stone and snarled dead trees in an infinite expanse of nothing that lies behind and beneath the surface of the world, the Void is the source of Sior's power and the ultimate destination of those who seek his mysticisms and mysteries.

Stunts[edit]

All Part of the Plan:

  • Sior is never unprepared for a situation - his foes just don't know he's already won until it's too late. Once per session, Sior can declare he's planned for this exact situation and gain a Mysterious Plan advantage with two free invokes.

Sorcerer Divine:

  • The Anomaly of the Void is the undisputed lord of all mysticism, and uses his prowess with exact precision. He gains +2 when Wisely Creating Advantages or Overcoming Obstacles using magic.

The Void Ever-Present:

  • The Void exists in all places, in all times, in all realities, dwelling in the gaps between. Cracks into it are everywhere, and can lead to anywhere. Once per scene, Sior may spend a fate point and step into the Void, reappearing wherever he wishes. This travel does not protect him from the dangers of wherever he might show up however, such as within a deity's heavily guarded sanctum.

The Wall of Oblivion:

  • Because Sior possesses the Aegis of the Endless Nothing, he gains a +2 when Mightily Defending against any attack, physical or otherwise, that could conceivably be swallowed by the Void.

Mantle [Stations][edit]

Tier 1: Milestone

Yggdrasil, the Great Tree of the Forest Primeval

  • The Wisdom of Sacrifice

-Regional Stunt: Ancient Heart of the Forest

Assassins, Alchemists, and Guilds of the First City

  • Where We Work in Shadow

Mantle [Boons][edit]

Tier 1: As the master of mystics, Sior is able to identify any type of magical effect on sight or sense alone. Also, because he is the Anomaly of the Void, he can spend a power point stored in his stations to get a +1 bonus when he Subtly creates an advantage while tapping or traversing the Void.

Mantle [Geas][edit]

Because the Lord of the Mysterious is a master of mysticism and not social niceties, he takes a penalty equal to his Tier to all rolls made to accomplish anything when attempting to charm or beguile someone.
