Mayor Sondra Salinas - Mayor Salinas was just elected. She won in a landslide partly due to curroption charges against the previous Mayor, Herbert Jensen. "I'm going to clean up Harbor City."
Chief of Police Neville Strong - he's been doing the job for decades and some feel he should retire. Quote "I'll retire when I'm damn good and ready."
Harvey Byrce - The guy with his eye on local news. He was effected by the strange events in Habor City and can now broadcast both radio and tv and hack into them as well.
Mordecai Pravus - Harbor City's popular District Attorney. He has a reputation for being very tough on crime.
