This is the Palace of Saikai, is serves as the base of operations for the Black Tiger clan, and serves as a town hall and central point in the village of Saikai. Surrounding the palace are a few homes of noble families, but the bulk of the village is composed of small huts and farms that cover the land for miles in every direction. | |||
