Restriction: Bird/Boy - As a myna bird, any reflections or visual reproductions will show him in his boy form, and vice versa. Also, any echo or audio reproduction of his voice becomes the untrained squak of a myna bird.
Restriction: Respectful of the Mute - Loto remembers his life as a mute boy, and cannot harm them unless they try to harm him first. He must be granted permission before granting Voice to a mute (Their first word is always some form of the word "Yes." ).
Restriction: Youth - He's a boy, and sometimes that can be bothersome.
