The Counselor will advise the Foundation's administrative staff on legal matters and threats of future litigation; manage, direct and participate in assigned litigation and be involved, as necessary, in internal investigations. A JD and at least six years of legal experience, including substantial litigation, counseling and courtroom experience, are required. Job Description
