Once upon a time in Nexus, that stinking relic of a city from the Shogunate, there was a man who had an overdeveloped sense of rooting out corruption, and wanted the playing field between rich and poor to be at least fair, if not level. And he was very, very good at finding these sources of corruption, and exposing them. Sadly, for all involved, he was not good about remaining uncaught - and when he was caught, the Guild factors had him staked down in a pile of garbage. The rats of all too usually large size did the rest, even as he screamed and tried to get loose. | |||
