The Tall And Short Of It
An 6e game which is not very serious at all.
Alright, this is my attempt to run an E6 game with a rather odd premise:
What if the PCs were only ogres or halflings of a non-evil disposition?
This game will use the E6 rules as shown here: [1] Based on this, character creation will fall under one of the two examples based on race:
Halfling: 32 point buy, 6 class levels, as per normal halflings
Ogre: 18 point buy (due to +2 LA, 4 hit dice of Giant and 2 class levels). Ogre Racial Stats are +10 Str, -2 Dex, +4 Con, -4 Int, -4 Cha. More info on Giant type is here: [2]

Starting Wealth:
As PCs, you start with 13,000 gp of which no more than 1/4 may be used on a single item (more or less).
