The Kel-Par are a race of agrarian turtles. They are one of several different Moreau races which have mysteriously emerged over the past 800-years. They are well known for being neutral in every major conflict in their region since there appearance. Kel-par are long lived, some 250-years on average. This combined with there typically simple lifestyle makes them a rather well disciplined, and introspective bunch on the whole. They do defend themselves when threatened, but only when diplomatic means have failed. They have multiple a well-developed martial arts, for the purposes of cultivating discipline, as well as martial skill. |
