Overview
Mentioned by the Oracle Ocular, the name “The Faceless One” has come up several times during investigations of the Serrated Query. Certain rumors in the Tyrantine Cabal’s cogitators indicate [REDACTED}.
If he exists, and if the Tyrantine Cabal is getting closer to uncovering the truth of The Faceless One, Arbiter Haxtes will need to be wary of his influence during future investigations.
