Weird Tomes[edit]
A character studying a Mythos book takes a break from his studies. When in a nearby public place, he notices a student slumped over her books. If he tries to disturb her, she slumps back, a opened pair of scissors stabbed through her eyes and into her skull. On the table, dented with the prints of the scissor handle - when she opened the scissors and headbutted them - is a page from the Mythos book that she was reading.

An RPG based on the mythos of HP Lovecraft. Hex based, stamina based move & fight. Free but you can pay sub. Based on earth, post WWI. It is a world of hidden demons, cultists, elder gods & their other minions. Madness is a game element, for the more evil you fight you may need some electroshock therapy to keep going. You can learn magic, modern firearms, melee weaponry, magical artifact use & other exotic skills. But it doesn't matter, the more you learn the more doomed you become.
