Very rough:

Spring 1219:

Oak tree with golden leaves and acorns appears in the middle of the road, with a new fork headed of the road headed off into the forest.

Fall 1219:

Vestali investigates, arranges for new covenant. Messages go out.
Abu Yusuf acquires land rights from the local lords for the land upon which the Covenant will be built and the local farm to be reconstructed over the winter.

Winter 1220:

Abu Yusuf works with the magi and companions present to oversee construction of the new inn.

Spring 1220:

Faith (Torino, slow route) and Gerulf (Transylvania, fast route) arrive, within a week or two of game start.
