An NPC in Welcome to Holy Question Mark, a campaign set in the Amberverse using modified Lords of Gossamer and Shadow rules.
Dr. Nicholas Balthazar
Dr. Balthazar is the Headmaster of the Socinian Institute of New York, having been appointed to that position by the school's Board of Trustees in 2008 when the previous Headmaster retired. He lives in a suite on the top floor of East Tower, usually dines in the refectory with the students, and is by most accounts a pretty nice guy.
For some reason, he's taken a personal interest in the PCs.
