Jabu is a rarity, a gnomish business owner. He has a tavern named after himself.
Master brewer. He spends his days either just siting there at the "bar" with a drink in his hand, or floating his barge through Shaema, looking for fruits and spices and brewing drinks at secret sites.
Xenophobic loner.. He very rarely talks to anyone - except if a patron asks for a drink recommendation. He has a knack of knowing what one will enjoy the most. He had a special hate for other gnomes. Tolerates halflings because he doesn't take them serious at all.
Magical craftsman. Every few years he crafts a cold stone. Size of a halflings head, it is runed and enchanted to be permanently cold. To create one he needs time, concentration, his tools, gold dust and a blue-spear stone of a good size and quality.
He already owns 2 of such stones, one sitting on the bottom od barrel of Birch-sap wine and the other in a barrel of Bush beer. The stones are black spheres with a dark blue glow, carved to resemble cracked ice.
Menu:
Kumis - Made from fermented goat milk.
Birch-sap wine - made from fermented birch-sap. Very sweet.
Bush beer - A native Shaema drink. There are a lot of ingredients and every brewer has his recipe, but fermented pears are always the base of the drink. Fruity and strong.
Rak - Fermented Grey rice and crabs.
Lily - Made out of gray rice and water lilies.
Potar - Sweet potato and white rice. Very sweet.
