Mano a Mano is a simple, flexible system which emphasizes realistic hand to hand combat, including effects of size, injury and real time.  Mano a Mano can be used for almost any genre of RPG.

Mano a Mano has been "open source" since before May of 2001. You may create and distribute copies of Mano a Mano, in their original form or with your own modifications. Anyone who receives these copies and modifications may do the same. Mano a Mano versions up to 2005.03.01 were released under the LGPL license. Later versions are now released under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license.
