When the Rising happened, he and his parents survived the Great Journey and re-settled down in Ironheart Valley with some neighbors, some strangers. Without realising it, something about his circumstances also invited some older ancestors into his life, a few of whom were miffed about having their remains left behind in what used to be Kaybridge. His great-great-grandmother, a powerful spellcaster back in her day, tasked Priktor to carry their remains (or at the very least, a treasured family heirloom) so that they could be at peace once more. |

Backstory
