Jolgeren is a large Waymet on a substantial deeper Road branch just past the Diagan Sway and the major branch to the Stone of Skulls sway, yet it is in niether.
Before its assumption in to the Jeweled Road system the realm of Hoovered was a beacon with a powerful compulsion to any abandoned beasts of burden.
