Firelord is an heavyweight. His Cosmic Power is extremely versatile and should be able to create any effect through the use of Power Stunts.

Notes: The Surfer is perhaps Marvel's most powerful superhero. His Cosmic Power is extremely versatile and should be able to create any effect through the use of Power Stunts. I chose not to make his surfboard a device, but simply a descriptor of his Flight power. That is because it's pratically impossible to steal or destroy his board (he can not only mentally summon his board to himself, but also instantaneously recreate it in case it's destroyed). The Blast represents his ability to mentally command the board to slam against enemies.
