Background:

As mentioned earlier, Seiki is Fei-Yen's familiar, providing backup with his barrier/ support magic, general high intelligence, and his insight into the magical world. That said, he is also a (very adorable) little lech, who abuses his cuteness to run wild around girls. It is probably for the best that Fei-Yen has not found his stash of panties and bras in his closet, which he nests in.

Despite his perversion, however, Seiki truly does care for his mistress. He may play the role of the hentai onii-chan, but he still considers himself her big brother in all but birth. This is quite amusing, considering that Fei-Yen treats him like a mischievous pet, despite his telepathic ability.
