Why? Just because.
I translated and back-translated these at my favorite translator site: http://translation2.paralink.com/ Just cut and paste the English or the Cyrillic below to the website and click the translate button. Click on the megaphone to hear it spoken!
The syllable in bold italic is the syllable stressed.
- вверните Вас = Screw you! = Vyerneetyeh vahs! or Viernityeh vas! (my spelling, using my own version of transliteration.)
- конечно = certainly = Kohnyeshna
- Говорим по-русски? = speak Russian? = Gavarim pah-Roosski? (Shortened to just: pah-Russki?)
- Немного = A little = Nyeemnogah, or "Nyimnoga" (my spelling)
- только минута = just a minute = tolka minuta
- Вы серьезный? = you serious? = v’seriozni?
- Серьезно! = seriously! = seriozna
- Не за что = Don't mention it! = Nee zah shtoh or Ni za'shto (my spelling and it's actually lit. tr. = There is nothing.)
