The Harbor
Out in the harbor are several islands, some of which are put to various uses.
Fairhaven Psychiatric Hospital - recently closed due to state budget cuts, there are rumors that the hospital may be repurposed for use as a prision.
The Old Fort - An old battery guarding the entrance to the harbor, now abandoned.
