“Oh my.” Ten yards away, a man in a totally white mask strolled by, a cup of coffee steaming in his hand. He spared an indolent glance for the corrupt minister. “How unfortunate for him to have died just before the new ethics legislation. Wasn’t he the leader of its opposition?”
