First Age Exaltation

  In the first age, Ebon was known as The Umbral Dragon, and was the Master Spy and King of All Theives for Her Most Luminous Excellency and Savior of Creation, Her Exalted Highness Merela.  As a reward for the loyal service of 86 years, The Umbral Dragon was given a Spear Thrower of Exalted Prowess, made of blue jade, with a core of Orichalcum.  It is this artifact that Ebon is seeking to regain.

The Meeting

  One day, while Ebon was having drinks at her favorite bar (in this town, anyway), she watched a man pound four thugs (thankfully not hers)  into the floor with one hand.  Being supremely impressed by this, she decided to take this man on as her bodygaurd.  Being the intelligent man that he is, he readily accepted this deal.
