Arimandar is located on the Northwest part Nealef, north of Askia.
Inhabitants
Arimandar's inhabitants are mostly dwarven and human.
Most of the humans in Arimandar are nordic descendants of barbarian tribes.
Surface Dwarves
Most dwarves spend their entire lives working and fighting underground, in light-less tunnels and cities.
After a period of consistent trading with the outside world, several trading outposts had been created on the surface. Inevitably these outposts grew in size and eventually became cities, many dwarves have been born in such surface cities, therefore retaining the name Surface Dwarves.

Nordmen are descendants of barbaric and nomad tribes that banded together and eventually formed their own civilization. Physically, Nordmen are larger than the common human of Tashyn, but not as large as the nomadic barbarians, due to the mixing of other smaller human races.

Government
Arimandar does not have a centralized government, the cities are independently run and governed
Cities and Towns
Kowel
Kowel is a remarkable town. It is located at the footholds of Mountain Silver Rock, nudged in a valley in the East part of Arimandar
Kowel's mines are rich with mithril and other precious metals. Mining is the primary source of income for this city, because mithril is found in only a few places in Tashyn.
The city is run by Nordmen.
