Background

Flash, the Kobold, once cunningly chased a Halfling into a small room and locked the door. The halfling expired from dehydration a few days later, and Flash was able to loot his cloak and box of cigars. The rest of the Halfling's gear was soon stolen, damaged, or lost, but Flash hung onto his cigars and cloak for dear life.

In an attempt to make his own cigars, Flash rolled pinecones and smoked them, rolled dirt and smoked it, and even rolled rolling papers and smoked them, but nothing worked quite like the strange leaves in the Halfling's cigars. His poorly thought-out experiments have left him with a Hacking Cough At Inopportune Times, and a desire to experiment with new leaves.
