The daimyo of the Tortoise Clan is reclusive and rarely leaves the ruins of Otosan Uchi where he oversees the Gaijin there. Sharp tongues whispering in the shadows suggest he is a little too close to the Thrane, to the extent that he has taken a Thrane lover.
