Introduction

Hi, I'm a bot designed to keep the "Create a Character" Challenge and associated characters category some clean and organized.

If you have any questions or problems with me, please direct them towards g026r, as they may not be spotted if placed here.

What Precisely I Do

Once a week, I do the following:

Run through the "Create a Character" Challenge page and replace all links of the type [[Character:Character Name]] with links of the type [[Character:Character Name|Character Name]].
Run through the Character category and check every page in the category named 'Character:Character Name' for a sort name in their category tag. If I don't find one, then I replace the [[Category:Character]] tag with [[Category:Character|Character Name]]. In this way, the category doesn't consist of a whole bunch of entries all listed under 'C'.

As of this moment, I do nothing else.

-Guys, please forvgie me for being such a dunderhead, because this topic has been discussed over and over in these comments. But I just cannot seem to get the subcategories for Articles By Experts working.
