This variation is an alteration of the existing "Forge Chimera" Birthright. It was created because some folks find it odd that only Nockers can ever truely learn the Art of Infusion.
Forge Chimera (revised)
Nockers gain the first level of the Infusion Art without paying for it. They can also harden inanimate non-chimeral objects in the Autumn world.
However, all other fae can gain ranks in the Infusion Art are technically able to "Forge Chimera". They just don't have the head start or Autumn world abilities to assist them that Nockers do.
