The Cabal's Support Staff[edit]
Henry Raffert - a bullish man with the build and bearing of an ex-soldier, he leads the support staff and shows no deference to those considered his social betters.
The Contingency - an unidentified being wearing the skin of a woman, suspected to either be a powerful asset to be used in an emergency, or else part of a contingency plan to clean up should something go wrong.
