Nathan Hale: This is also his legal name as he had it changed when he was recruited to the Patriot Squad. Hale is incredibly fast, and has the ability to render himself or another invisible to most of the EM Spectrum.
Delaware
Lady Liberty. Real Name: Danielle Rand. Rand is the leader of the Patriot Squad, representing the First State to ratify the Constitution. She possesses enhanced strength and durability as well as the ability to fly.
