Doctor Benjamin Sandor is a Delann native, trained at the psychic academy, where he worked as a teacher/researcher. He has ambitions of making discoveries about Mandate era psychic tech, and feels there's no scope for that on Delann; all the interesting things there have been picked over by generations of post-Scream researchers. When the chance came to get off world, he jumped at it.
