Attributes determine a character's natural ability. Exceptional attributes grant bonuses to ability checks during the game. An attribute of 15-18 adds a bonus of +1 to ability checks, while attributes of 3-6 subtract a penalty of -1 to ability checks.

The attributes are Strength, Intelligence, Wisdom, Constitution, Dexterity, and Charisma.
