Hakkusa hiVaisura is a [[Black Stone]] merchant of the rank of Gamra (craftsman) and worships Vimuhla. He buys military supplies from craftsmen and grocers in Tumissa and the surroundiung area and organises their shipment to the legions in conjunction with his clan cousin Kir'el.
