Houserules
You lose one Setback Token after each scene in which you appear. If you are Defeated by physical injuries, you must receive medical attention before you start to lose Setback Tokens.
You can get back up at any point after being Defeated, but if you do so and gain even one more Setback Token, your character dies, even if this final defeat isn't physical in nature.
