history
The Marquis's family is one that has been successful for many generations. It has controlled several large islands and has produced huge quantities of beef. They also provide a side business producing tanned under and leather good. Leather goods include belts, backpack and boots.
- The Das Anarala estates have a gender separation of labor. Men handle the raising and butchering of the cattle. This gives there men somewhat of a cowboy appearance and behavior within their culture.
- The women take cured hide and make the finished goods including belts, boots, hats, clothing and other goods.
They are also well known for beef jerky with the sweet beef. The sweet jerky is popular. Canned and fresh beef are also sold shadow wide.

Sweet Beef
Sweet Beef does not mean sugary beef. Kaladua beef is just slightly sweeter then most red beef and must be eaten or cured quicker. Anarala uses several types of freezing and storage spells to hinder spoiling beef in transport.

Anarala imports several grades of tanned hides.
