COVENANT ITEM PROPERTIES
- 3rd Level: The wearer is granted a +2 insight bonus to Will saving throws and a +5 competence bonus to Intimidate checks. He also gains the Leadership feat with an effective Leadership score of 13 (only affecting followers ... 10 followers, or double that amount if they are Orcs or other traditionally Shadow-allied races.)
- 6th Level: The wearer's insight bonus to Will saves increases to +4 and his competence bonus to Intimidate checks increases to +10. His Leadership score increases to 17 (only affecting followers ... 30 followers, or double that amount if they are Orcs or other traditionally Shadow-allied races.)
