Current proposals

Proposal #303 submitted by teucer 8/8/07 11.11pm Create a rule entitled "Referenda". This rule reads as follows:

"A Proposal is a single suggested rule change. A Referendum is a collection of proposals specified as a Referendum by the player who submitted them. A player's votes on the items within a Referendum are required to be the same.

This rule takes precedence over any other rule determining how a player may vote."

Proposal #304 submitted by teucer 8/8/07 11.11pm

Create a rule entitled "The Great Keetoom", which reads as follows:

"There exists an entity known as the Great Keetoom. The Great Keetoom is able to cast a vote on every proposal, and is thus a Voter.

Any player may give any number of points to the Great Keetoom and specify a vote on a proposal. Doing so causes the player to lose the specified number of points. A player may not give the Great Keetoom more points than e has.

If at any time no mechanism for determining how the Great Keetoom votes exists, it cannot vote and thus does not qualify as a Voter."

Proposal #305 submitted by teucer 8/8/07 11.11pm Create a rule entitled "The Great Keetoom's Votes." It reads as follows:

"On each proposal, a random one of the points given to the Great Keetoom shall be chosen. The Keetoom shall vote in the manner specified by the player who gave the Great Keetoom that point."

voting ends 15/8/07 11.11pm on the above proposals

Proposal #306 submitted by Quornix 8/8/07 11.18pm Rule #114 shall be a mutable rule end 10/8/07 11.18pm

The proper way to make a proposal is to send it by electronic mail to the current Speaker, send it by private message to the current Speaker, or post it to this thread. The proposal shall be officially numbered by the Speaker, and posted to this thread by the Speaker. The prescribed voting period begins at the moment that the proposal is posted by the Speaker."

Proposal #308 submitted by Quornix 8/8/07 11.57pm Rule 114 shall read "Voting Options

Voters may vote either for or against any proposal during the prescribed voting period. Citizens should notify the Speaker of their vote by electronic mail, by private message, or by posting to this thread before the end of the voting period. Voters who do not vote within the prescribed period shall be deemed to have abstained."

Proposal #309 submitted by Quornix 8/8/07 11.58pm Rule #221 shall be amended to read "Registering as a voter

Any person who is registered on the RPG.net forums may become a Citizen simply by posting a message indicating their intent to do so to the current thread. Any current Voter who is a registered member of RPG.net, other than the Speaker, is automatically a Citizen."

Proposal #310 submitted by Quornix 9/8/07 12.11am Quornix has his points set to a value equal to his points minus ten points for every rule that has been proposed by him prior to the distribution of this proposal.

At the time of this rule coming into force, all Citizens except teucer have one Cup of Mango Tea. Teucer has two.
