Gregor has been gamer since the early nineties (since the late eighties if you count reading and owning but not actually playing). He favors light-ish mechanics that get out of the way, and settings that are highly atmospheric, cinematic, and/or high-powered.
"Gritty" is a bug, not a feature, in his opinion.
