Alchemist Mages[edit]
Agents of the Free Republic of Amania obsessed with spreading the authority of their organization. They lack the fanaticism and incompetence that the Church of Liberty has.
The Black Sword Brotherhood[edit]
A group of Valken warriors, and a rare few other people, that worship Paalok and devote themselves to becoming the greatest warriors that they can be. The Black Sword brotherhood are obsessed with killing and becoming the strongest.
Children of the Divine Spark[edit]
An offshoot of the Grand Arcanum that now uses alchemy and science to try and bring about a better tomorrow. MAGICAL ZEPPELINS! LIGHTNING GUNS! Jet packs!
The Crimson Oath[edit]
A secret order of wizards and soldiers that are dedicated to spreading their power across all of Alacarn. They sponsor criminals, pirates, and mercenaries plus rebellious nobles. They work from the distant accursed isle of Martok.
Death Whisperers[edit]
A secret order of assassins who work for the Celestials. The Death Whisperers attempt to make the world better through assassination. They worship Vaasti and Kaalon, mostly being raised from birth.
The Knights of Winterweir[edit]
A group devoted to Queen and Tyros, in that order, that defends the hurt and defeats the bad. At least, that's the theory.
The Obsidian Circle[edit]
Eco-terrorists devoted to the ancient Lilin Queen Tiamate who attempt to destroy all civilization through disease and sabotage.
The Pretax Sages[edit]
A society of sages and adventurers who devote themselves to knowledge in Heton's name. They are especially devoted to risking themselves in terrible ruins and recording the history of heroes.
The Shadow Network ("The Khatai")[edit]
The Shadow Network is the equivalent of the mafia, attempting to absorb and control all criminal networks in Winterweir. Their leader in Alfein is General Venom whom is powerful enough to repulse the other branches.
The Slavers of Moonport[edit]
An evil organization of kidnappers and traders that take children and Far Folk to sell on the black market to foreign countries where slavery is legal.
The Watchmen[edit]
A group similiar to one in another campaign.
The Witches of The Fallen World[edit]
An all-female organization of seers that attempt to influence the future.
