Cyne (pronounced like sine), as his friends tend to call him, is noble, soft-spoken and forthright. A master of dry wit that has no compunction against pointing out the problems in others arguments, and fully excepting if others do the same to him. He tries to insure that those he advocates for receive a fair and impartial trial and that justice is properly applied.

Cyne is the eldest son of the deceased High Justicar Edward Keigwin and his wife Lady Saegyth. He the only one of his four siblings to follow in their father's footsteps.
