- Lethal Paper Fan Attack
- The character treats all paper fans (or other similar props such as brushes or mirros) as wind-fire wheels. He treats all sashes, long hems, sleeves and so on as seven-section staves. The damage these weapons inflict is lethal, though their appearance does not change. In addition, if the character uses an actual war fan or other accountment that has been properly constructed for use in the martial arts, the character may enhance the weapon's Speed, Accuracy, Damage or Defense by an amount equal to his Essence. (pick any value when activating the Charm.) If the player picks Speed, a value equal to the character's Essence is subtracted from the weapon Speed rating. The result of doing so can be no less then 1, however. Sashes, cloak-hems and other clothing turned into weighted ropes and then enhanced by this Charm deal less damage then they would empowered by the Charm alone-but the character can wield them with much greater Speed, Accuracy or Defense

- Flurry of August Leaves Concentration
- The martial artist with this Charm casts his fans or sashes into the air, making them swoop and slash out at an opponent before obediently returning to him. If he activates this Charm while using the Dreaming Pearl Courtesan Form, the martial arts can have as many props as that Charm allows to make multiple attacks against one target. This Charm allows the martial arts to strike a target up to (Martial Arts x5) yards away. The Exalt rolls a single normal Martial Arts attack, regardless of how many weapons the character control. Successes from the roll, penalized by the target's DV, apply to all the weapons simultaneously, and the damage is calculated normally as if he had performed the attack manually. The opponent does suffer an onslaught penalty to his DV for being attacked by multiple props, but each prop applies its damage separately.

These war fans are half-again as large as normal and reinforced with a magical material. they are called "seven-jeweled" because their join is set with that many gemstones. Skilled warriors can use them to subdue by precisely lashing out with them when closed, to kill by closing the razor sharp inside edge on veins and disarm by capturing or flicking weapons out of opponent's hands. They are Artifact 1 alone, but 2 for a matched Pair.

History
The person who would become Capadocious exalted later in his life almost 16 when discovered. The Exaltation he possess original belonged to a Chosen who was not fated to die for several millennia. But was killed in a large battle during Calibration when Yozi cultists had summoned several very power 2nd level demons. With his former Exaltation's death. The other quickly examined the Loom to find out if a replacement could be located so much sooner. The strands of fate pointed to him and the Sidereals came.
Upon meeting Capadocious they wondered if the Loom had made a mistake. He was the son of a power member of the Guild. His mother ran several brothels and courtesans from which she would spread her web of manipulation and deceit. The youth had grown up in a world surrounded by vice, excess and intrigue. A world which he had become quite suited to. The Sidereals that had come to collect him wondered how such a youth was fated to be a Chosen of Ending but did as they were told.
Needless to say he was not at all impressed or interested in the situation. He enjoyed the life that he had, needless to say it took some convincing but with Sidereal abilities they got the youth to come. Upon arriving in Yu-Shun his attitude changed completely. He was overwhelmed by the sights and sounds and quickly explored every inch someone of his ability could get into.
He took to the lessons he was given but still seemed out of place in the Violet Bier. He attitude and demeanor were more indulgent then the normal Chosen of Ending. Unlike some of the others, Capadocious had taken a view of life that he enjoyed, "Live, Drink and be Merry. For tomorrow we die." He Exalted 1 year to the day his predecessor had passed. After receiving his Exaultation, did some others realize that while unconventional, Capadocius was just as capable as any other Chosen of Ending. Maybe more so, since he prefers to get any job done, so he can spend his time at the Cerulean Lute as he can manage.
